In Korea before the law changed, everybody aged a year up on January 1st. So when she said “it ended when I was twenty” it was because according to the law she is now 20 because the clock hit 12:00 am January 1st. 😅
Seunghwan leaving school is so iconic because so many of us felt the same way as her but didn't have the courage or support...I went to school in China and it's almost as bad but we had no choice but to stay quiet. It makes me really happy to see Seunghwan fight back and I think it healed a bit of something inside me :)
Honestly I was furious watching those scenes, so many kids must have trauma because of these things. It upsets me that that even happened to you. I hope it's no longer happening now Ketsia
