i completely relate to bawling my eyes throughout this episode. i watched it when it had originally aired and i remember my dormmates being concerned for me because i wouldnt stop crying lol. i hate how they dont end up together but i also realised that was an important plot device. they could quite literally be the people they were in this episode because they had each other in the past. they might fall i love with other people but they can never undo the influence their first love has over them. moreover the drama is directed so well and all the actors did such a wonderful job. its almost three years since it aired but it still is one of my favourite drama (eventhough it made me cry so much)
If you’re looking for a K-drama that will make you laugh, cry and reevaluate your life, My Mister is the one for you, guys. Want to see your great reaction again !!!!!
Yup! agreed, the end of this drama left me feeling like I had just gone through a breakup😂. One of the best drama's non the less! loved your reaction ladies❤❤❤
if you wish to watch a drama with somewhat similar setting, good direction and HEA (the couple does end up together and they are so disgustingly in love) i would recommend 1) our beloved summer 2) lovely runner 3) twinkling watermelon (the actor who plays moon jiwoong is one of the main characters). the first two are available on netflix. love your reactions btw
This show is a masterclass on great characters. I really wish our mains had ended up together, but at least Yu-rim and Ji-wang got married. And as I said in one of your earlier videos in this series, IMO the Hee-Do/Yu-Rim friendship arc is the BEST relationship in the entire show. I loved their whole rivals to best friends storyline so much. It was just so well done.
I really loved watching your reactions to this Kdrama. It really reminded me how I felt when I watched it. Regarding the comment about Back Yi Jin acting out of character towards the end, I think it actually fits his character. Long distance relationships are hard, so if he thinks that Hee Do's time is so precious, he understands that with him being in New York, they won't be able to spend much time together and go on dates and stuff like that. So he didn't want Hee Do to waste her youth, in my mind, he would want her to find someone else. Also! I have a couple of suggestions as well! It would be awesome if you two could react to a Japanese drama called "First Love". I love it just as much as 25/21 and there are no reactions to it on TH-cam. If you want another kdrama recommendation "Our Beloved Summer" is also really good and fun. Both "First Love" and "Our Beloved Summer" are available on Netflix
I feel too like ultimately they loved each other, but weren't compatible. She was always very emotional, but he always held everything inside. He never wanted to share any of his pain with her, but Hee-Do just wanted to be there for him and share everything with him.
C'mon man jiwoong didn't had to go through the shit yijin had to go through, for yijin reporting was his only way to get his family together, being rich then getting poor seeing the reality of world overcoming that stuff after all this when you have a chance to bring back things to normal u don't blow that off .

This is also my favorite kdrama, but there are too many memories❤,l also can't forget their friendship😢
8:55 Supportive mother mode
Her mum was actually right from the get go
When I heard the song at the ending (it’s called With sung by the cast), I also felt sad and empty inside.
35:24 Yes. By not showing up for her husband’s funeral, she scarred Hee-do for life. She was still a little kid.

They broke up bcs they didn’t wanna hurt each other

@ yess, they could’ve worked it out but eventually they would argue a lot or hurt each other, disappear, or get disappointed.
The thing is that Jiwoong was really better as a BOYFRIEND 😂 i didn’t like yijin in the figure of bf
