I really wish there was another season or an alternative happy ending, it states the magic of first love or at least of true and pure love, but it’s just heartbreaking to see the ending and I need more scenes like this 💔 definitely one of my favorite k-dramas!!! ❤️❤️

Yes Monica I agree, after reading a few 'spoilers' regarding last two episodes, I decided I would finish watching this drama on episode 14, so I have never seen episodes 15 and 16. Relationships in real life can be disappointing and frustrating but I just needed a lovely ending to this drama, I suppose because of what the world is throwing at us in this moment in time. Saying that I will watch up to episodes 14 often as it was a brilliant drama, well done everyone, especially the fab 'five'
though their personality at the end was a contrast to their character portrayed all along, I feel like they actually had enough reasons to break-up. If hee do's mother had not been a reporter, she would have not known what it feels like to always long for a family member. she would have thought baek yi jin's job was like any of the one o those jobs where the person has to stay away for long intervals and accepted it. but she has already missed her mother so much that she fears if she has to go thru the same thing throughout her life. on the other hand, what yi jin saw was all deaths and mourns and was psychologically affected. he certainly wasn't ready to face people or talk with them. this gradually increased the gap in their relationship and hence it failed.
It was yijin's fault . She kept trying and trying but he literally stopped paying attention to their relationship and gave priority to his job only . And he even took the decision of shifting to new york without even discussing with his life partner . Who does that ? Was a an. Idiot . He stopped sharing his feelings with her and there was an emotional unavailability from his side . He was hiding his feelings. When two people r together they have to share every feeling with eachother that's what makes the bonds strong . Heedo gave up

I still feel.hurt, desperate and relief when I watch this scene. This should have been the final episode. Hee do desperately wanted their love to stay. Yu jin desperately wanted their love to fade away. But he promised to try and that ended up in heartbreak. If he were older, Yu jin would have been a perfect match for her mom...more career oriented than relationship oriented. Heartbreaking.

The fact that she said she will stop doing that kind of love because she cannot afford to lose him, but at the end they gave up so easily and let each other slip away without even giving it a try or a second chance. Hee do desperately wanted their love to stay. Yu jin desperately wanted their love to fade away. But he promised to try and that ended up in heartbreak. If he were older, Yu jin would have been a perfect match for her mom...more career oriented than relationship oriented. Heartbreaking.
