you have missed a point...these kids also deserve to have a sibling and thats the best gift for them...a sibling is a best companion a best friend for them

Hi Salsha ofcourse but you know this goes good bwith god's will and partner's consent. I have a special child and still my partner is emotionally imbalanced even after 8 years

The key is having both parents caring for and trying to help the child. I've been a caregiver to a sweet little girl who has a brain abnormality affecting tbe entire left part of her brain. She also has severe epilepsy and 2 cysts with 2 shunts . She was not expect3d to talk walk eat on her own. With lots of prayer and by God's mercy she does all that and more. Shes so smart but my husband has to work and works every minute he can. Its the harder job ever and she is almost 12 now. The only way I know to survive is to rely on God and go one day at a time . God bless all the other parents going through this .

Thank you for this information...I am quilts of seeing special needs children with thier parents and have stared....not because they are special needs so much...but...as I am looking in my head I think...can I go talk to this child like I would a normal child....I want to...but fear the parents may go into protection mode....for instance...if I am somewhere and see a normal child I will say hello and what is your name...and I may even comment to the parents..oh what a beautiful child...and I want to do this same talk to the children with special needs also....I think it's fear basad...that people who haven't experienced this to stay back from interacting...yes...more attention and Information about what you go through and how you want people to interact with your children and family needs to be spread...thank you and God bless you and your family and all the families that endure this❤
