The way the guitars and the orchestra shine without outshining each other is just percect in this song. Especially the guitar solo with the string instruments backing it. Propably my favourite sequence of the whole album, even though thats hard to tell because every single song has something that I love. Just an overall great album.

This song is about the nine returning to discordia after being cast out of discordia, or maybe it’s arture the hero of this album and imagination from the other wolrd discovering that the nines were lying to him but I’m not sure tbh it’s a bit confusing
This song makes me think of gnostic anti-demiurge type figures or devils who are blighted and cursed to fight a doomed battle against a cruel creator. They believe they're fighting for a cause that has the ends that justify their dark means, but they do not know exactly how to achieve what they seek or when they will finally reach their goal of punishing their cruel maker. In the end, their dark and ruthless methods make them equivalent in terms of cruelty and pettiness to that of their creator. So above, so below. So below, so above.
