Damn I wish men would help me like that. Can't even meet a decent guy for coffee let alone want to help me build a ranch I have a lot of good qualities I'm not overweight I'm just unfortunately not very attractive It's hard to find men who love Jesus and want to have a family. That want to be a loving example of Jesus to everything and everyone. Love other things too but Jesus always is in the center of my heart.
You can be overweight and still be attractive if you have a cool personality and are fun to be around. If a woman was beautiful and treated me poorly or was not fun to spend time with I would not want to date her. Beauty fades pretty fast, but your best friend is forever. There are a lot of singles in church looking for the same thing you are. That is one of the best ways to meet someone who is looking to settle down.
My son 29 is having trouble finding girls that want to settle down. Most just want a sugar daddy and don’t want to cook, clean, have kids etc. And he is a good looking, decent, kind guy. People don’t have values or self respect anymore 😢
Ben is always the fatherly soul, watching over his own and his neighbors challenges, he knew straight away their was something in error about those tax numbers.
I can't believe land tax was only two or $300 a year Mom we have only one piece of property with the house it's our inheritance from our grandfather. Every year we have to pay $2,000 US dollars. Behind about 5 years so we owe 10 grand Never understood why land tax was necessary Grandfather worked his whole life to save the money to buy a house which was paid in cash and then you have to pay land tax I hate the government particularly IRS. The internal revenue service sucks and it's not even legally part of the government It's just a wealthy banking system that screws people over
It's ironic that Pernell Roberts (Adam) will be remembered for starring in Bonanza not for any other roles he left to pursue. Ungrateful and short sighted man. He said he didn't like three sons who had to listen to his father. Couldn't he see Bonanza, as a fairy tale, like the rest of us? Three sons who had a wonderful father, and they all lived on the Ponderosa, with unspeakable adventures?
My thoughts exactly!!!! Bonanza has stood the test of time. I had no idea that it would still mean so much to so many people even in 2021 and not just older people but an awful lot of younger people as well. It shows one thing we are very wrong about the younger generation. They are desperately searching for good role models and decency. I only remember Parnell in trapper John MD I think.
A mans got 2 follow his heart even if it's truly lost, I agree wholeheartedly & look at how many men & women left hot shows to follow some dream, mcclean stevenson mash, shelly long cheers, so many others
A totally spot on comment . I loved what you said I have said exactly the same thing to those of us that loved Bonanza and we are many . I read that Pernell Roberts thought the series was ridiculous . That it didn't depict real life having three adult sons having to bow down to Dad's every instruction. He said it wasn't real life . Well Roberts was right there , pity he couldn't see though that Bonanza was larger than life. It was better than real life , and perhaps even it depicted life as it was meant to be . All I can is that show taught me a lot of life lessons , how people should treat each other and what a loving and protective Father is all about , and a few other things as well . It saddens me we do not have quality entertainment like this any longer . I feel very sorry for young people today whose television viewing is nothing but a lot of rubbish . I totally understand Pernell Roberts. Grown up men letting their lives dictated by PA - ridiculous. And every time, one of the boys fall in love, we can begin to wonder, how she's gonna die or leave - boooooring.

Yup, it is too bad. You have to listen with a headset and the quality of the picture isn't good. Not a clear picture and I can't go to full screen without it being very blurry. But, I'm a sucker for Bonanza, so I watch anyway. LOL

Yup, it is too bad. You have to listen with a headset and the quality of the picture isn't good. Not a clear picture and I can't go to full screen without it being very blurry. But, I'm a sucker for Bonanza, so I watch anyway. LOL
A few of them, which I really wanted to watch had the speed so jacked up you couldn't hear anything at all.
