Michael Landon was a fabulous actor, and was only in his early 20’s but already greying so his hair was dyed, he died only in his 50’s. I liked that episode adam get everyone take care of little joe
I love how Adam and Joe always fight but wen one of them r hurt there, there for each other
If you ask me if there were more men like the Cartwright brothers and the Barkley Brothers the prisons wouldn't be so full a lot more women would be safe. a real man cares loves cherishes and honors his Queen. He puts his woman before himself. And the children would be a lot safer too. that's one of the reasons I love to watch shows like this about the Cartwright brothers and their father Ben. Real human beings.
I hunted wolf for years close to the ponderosa met the whole family. Those wolfs up there are huge!
Wolf equals Flow.

Terrific episode.
The dress @30:00 was last worn in S4 E20 @16:37 by Little Joe's mother Maria.
Yeah, I think they only had about a dozen outfits for women that they used to use over and over!
@@ljgirlcochise9283 - Yeah, this isn't the first time I noticed the phenomenon, just the first time where I remembered the previous recent episode.
I'm also fairly certain that I've seen that red "indian blanket/rug", that always hangs on the Ponderosa's staircase, in Virginia City before, in season 1 or 2.
Well spotted.
I loved them all! Still, do.
No blood,no sweat, not a scratch...
They were not graphic as tv is today, it was a family show and those kind of things were sanitized then.
The Crucible is Adam's best episode
Yes it was. He played his beautiful azz off.
Thanks no counterpart fiat ...love love para siempre..

Good show love bonanza
"He's taking it hard, isn't he?" I'll bet he IS!!! Ya know what they say-----SAVE A HORSE. RIDE A COWBOY. I wonder how many closet cases used to really dig this show, hoping Little Joe would take his shirt off. Highway to Heaven, indeed.....
No little joe he looked like a girl with his shirt off. NOW, Adam without a shirt is AHHMAZING. All that beautiful chest hair mmmmmm.
You love your family adam

I have never seen that episode about Joe, Adam and Hoss dying, could someone please up load it ? Sounds interesting.
julieta torres pretty sure whoever told you that was fibbing. There is mention of Adam dying after becoming a sailor. This is after Pernell Roberts left the show. When Dan Blocker (Hoss) died it was announced by Lorne Greene (Ben) before the opening of the following episode. However, after the show stopped and turned into reruns, it was considered too confusing/morbid for viewers to hear that so it was edited out. especially since the seasons/episodes are Not always aired in chronological order.
Come on lady! Adam is too concerned about his brother to be thinking of you. Leave him alone and let him handle his business.
It was Awkward that he kissed her for no reason and nothing came out of it.
@Ashton Mitchelll No. They should have just left out the Kiss. It was pointless.
@@Actionnelll Not really. It was that he had some appreciation of her greatness and beauty after all despite his strong concern for his brother Little Joe--the latter fact which underlines this ep!
@@beasmith5262 I dont agree but Thanks for sharing your opinion.
@@Actionnelll Try this on for size, then. In a moment we did not see after this ended. Maybe Adam alone and her got together again. Possible!
Also, his smooch with her could have been to give her some emotional worth. If a woman as good looking as her keeps going among men and they never care for her she could start to hate herself after a while.
Que voces tan varoniles las de estos dos inolvidables vaqueros!
When good looking Adam left the show they should have made a show that Mr. Cartwright lost his son Adam as he died of sickness or gone married another state's faraway & candy came working on the runch that would be nice 😄😃😀😃
Very good western Adam was very sorry for him he did a good Job on little joe he didn’t mean to shot his brother
14:42 "You came here to live on a ranch?" "Yep. Sometimes I wonder why." He made a few comments like this during this episode. I wonder if they're early signs of Pernell Robert's dissatisfaction with the show that led him to leave.
Muy buena serie hermosa familia!!!!!!!!!!!!!
alright kramden, i'm gonna leave one of my men downstairs tonight, but if you don't tell us what you know by morning, you're on you'r own. if you're not a witness, you're entitled to police protection. and thanks...FOR NOTHING!!!!
