    WOW the difference between the gopro and pocket is massive in low light. Great comparison

    I bought my DJI Pocket 2 in September 2020 and after 3 years of using it, I still love it a lot! I recently bought the Insta360 Ace Pro. I also use the GoPro Hero 11 Black Mini. I am thinking about buying the Pocket 3.

    Great intro to the Pocket 2 from a user’s perspective. My suggestions for your more detailed review - audio performances as well as any new audio settings since it now has a larger array of built in mics. Next, the Do-It-All handle; DJI seems to have crafted a clever add-on packed with a number of desirable features, but will it have a negative effect on the already small battery capacity. Finally, the wireless mic. This is the one that caught my interest the most, so what’s the range like, will it work with the older Pocket via its wireless module, what’s the sound quality and how much adjustability do we have.
    Looking forward to your review.

    Stefan, thank you. I just purchased the creators kit and was worried about the night filming. I think for starting out vlogging (in which I will be doing) it will work just fine. All subscribed and smashed the like button. Looking forward to seeing all your content. --chris

    Any night shot setting recommendation? I find out on AUTO the video is blurry sometimes in low light conditions. I guess I’d had to change the ISO manually

    Interesting.. would Insta360 one R 1" and a gimbal stablizer be as competitive as Pocket 2 in terms of quality videos/photos?

    I just bought a GoPro hero 12 and I love it. I was considering getting a gimbal, but the pocket 2 can be had now for about twice the price of the gimbal. Any thoughts on whether you think the pocket 2 is worth it in 2024? It’s under $300 now and readily available. I’m mostly going to use it alongside my hero 12, but for lower light conditions. I know the pocket three has great low light capability, but it looks like the pocket two is no slouch in low light. I would love your thoughts. Do you think it’s worth it in 2024 since it’s under $300 now?

    Just purchased the pocket 2, but about to return it, because all videos are grainy, even at 200 iso, after that is unusable, have tried everything, like shooting at 24p for more light incoming, but still the same, only outdoors is ok.
    Really like to use it on some wedding clips, but the videos I'm getting are very noisy.
    Can someone help?
    Thanks.

      Go through you settings, its a pretty good performer. Make sure high quality mode is on to utilize the higher bitrate. Are you shooting in low light? Using ND filters?

    Great side by side demonstration of the High Quality and Battery Saver mode! But does it heat up a lot during High Quality? That was one of the reasons why I didn't enable it on the original Osmo Pocket.

    Can you please explain more on Battery charging, if batteries are removable and additional put in, how to continuously record for like 4-5hours?

    • @169494
      @169494 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Battery is nonremovable, some people says average 1.5hr recording, altho offical said it's 2hr recording. Charging is easy, just plug it into a power bank

    • @Panos27410
      @Panos27410 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@169494 Do you think that recording while charging it with a power bank for 6 hours straight will somehow damage the battery or affect it somehow? Thanks in advance.

    • @169494
      @169494 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Panos27410 it will shorten battery life for sure, I wouldn't do it any electronics to consistently drain and charge, all batterys have a limited life cycle.
      Exceptions I know are, some laptops or Sony Xperia 1 II or 5 II have "HS power control", that give you the options to stop charge battery and just use enough power to run. And some drsl cameras also can run on AC power source .
