I finally caved in and bought this game. Thought it would be fun and kinda easy to run and do fun things. Lost my first lv 0 run. I was not prepared for how easy he makes this look.
It would be really cool to see a danger 5 random character win streak series! I think it would be a good way to explore random characters and force you to really play them to the best of their potential, plus it's like infinite content. Of course I understand some characters would make it really hard, and that would be completely random, but you've shown they are all possible before!
The first Vigilante Ring is ... ok, but if you have X rings, the bonus damage per round increases by 3 to the power of X so the 2nd ring gives you 6% per round (9% total) and the third ring gives 18% (27% total). Just 3% per round in the round 14 shop is iffy, but combined with the 2nd ring offered in 15 you'd have gotten 48% bonus damage in round 20. Ignoring the substantial cost difference, that's as good as getting 1 ring in the round 4 shop. I've no idea if the odds of being offered a ring go down as you collect them, and I wasn't paying attention to how much you were focusing on damage.
@@BuGGyBoBerl That's what I assumed, until I happened to have 2 of them, and they were self reporting that they had benefitted me much more than simply 3*x. Buying a 3rd one confirmed that for the first 3, at least, it's 3^x.

8:56 watching this while playing my run of Bull, wave 8 and I'm offered a Medkit! If I lose now I am awful at this game 😂 (Med kit is + 10 regen and +2 more regen every 5 secs. -10 luck)
Didn't know 'Damage' will buff Bull's explosion cuz it says it buffs the damage when 'attacks'. Kind of hoping the terms can be better explained in the game itself. Took very long to understand 'materials' (more like currency?), harvesting, etc.
I kinda expected it to be bette than this, kinda? The lack of explosive damage and range items is definitely weird, it must be intentional? to prevent super broken runs but... Its still weird If you were lucky and got blood bag with the crown early that would've been great

Hey, I have been watching your Videos for a couple days now and always wondered why you don‘t pick the Item „White Flag“ when you have got the chance to do it. To me it seems like there aren’t any disadvantages to that item and It’s just a always-buy-item. Could you explain?
Less enemies is less money, if you can kill more enemies without it ending the run you theoretically always want more enemies. It is almost a breakeven item when you factor in the harvesting, which means it isn't that enticing to _spend_ money on.
I’ve been playing this game A TON (edit - like 50+ hours on the game) but I do struggle even on danger 0 for some reason. There must be some fundamental things I’m doing incorrectly.
It depends on what values are important for your character but in my case I overvalued Luck and undervalued %-Damage and Lifesteal and maybe variation of weapons and try to fokus on one weapon instead of all of one type

~150hr of Brotato practice and many years of action roguelike experience will do that, don't get discouraged!
Same here. Still haven't got my first danger 5 victory (just a few dumb mistakes/getting greedy costing every run I attempted it)

It may have seemed counter-intuitive, but bandana would have been a *great* pickup. It works wonders with Alien eyes. That and ricochet.

why is it to the power? doesnt it just simply add? so 3 rings equals 9% more damage per round?

Why did you get Recycling machine when you can recycle any weapons?
Gives bonus gold for recycling item drops from creates you get when destroying trees.
