A spaceship from Potato World crashes onto an alien planet. The sole survivor: Brotato, the only potato capable of handling 6 weapons at the same time. Waiting to be rescued by his mates, Brotato must survive in this hostile environment.

i was kinda hoping the jousting lance to have contact damage instead of a thrusting attack, with the tick rate being dependant on your attack speed. that would make it more unique :)
I just noticed that the final bosses drop legendary crates now, now you can be a bit more aggressive to kill because you’ll get the full heal
One way that motion sickness may be reduced is if the camera zooms out as your movement speed modifier goes up. That should reduce the speed of the camera while still allowing you to see where you are going, though it could be weird in that everything on the screen may seem to be slower when zoomed out. Not sure how hard this will be to implement in a mod, but it's probably worth experimenting with.
Edit: I did suggest making the camera zoom based on your speed modifier and not your actual speed because I'm not sure about how disorienting it would be for the zoom to change while you are running around. If the dynamic zoom isn't too disorienting, it could be worth incrementally zooming out as you hit certain speed thresholds when running around.
you should just have an option for the character to be in the center of the screen at all times
@@robertbota3997 The main problem is that the motion of the camera causes motion sickness when the character moves too fast. Currently the character is always at the center of the screen unless you get close to an edge or corner and in the video there are a couple points at which he intentionally moves into the corner to stop the camera from moving. If the character was always in the center, it would actually feel worse because moving to the corner would not stop the camera.

Just a note with the new bait item, don't grab 2 in the same round unless you are decently ahead. Made that mistake and they just pile up too much to deal with
Also the all legendary lances doing single target attacks looked like an angry spider poking it's legs while freaking out lol
So far, Lance seems like it would be a lot more fun if you could just blast right through the enemies and tank tons of hits.

it would be cool if, for quality of life reasons, speed was capped at like 100% or something to reduce the amount of motion sickness. The number would still go up for speedy/power generator reasons but you won't actually move faster.
Or zoom the map out so it doesn't shake around. I think if you just saw the whole map at once it would be totally fine
I wonder if instead of increasing your speed, at some point the enemy speed should start decreasing.
Speedy with a standstill build would be so hard but probably cool to watch

The main problem with Jousing Lance on speedy, Is MELEE weapon
Speedy tends to be quite fragile.
Shuriken is probably better, but Lance is a safe 2nd.
You were probably finding lots of lances because they might be tagged for speed, and so is Speedy. So that's probably why. Good video too and get well!
Agree with your sentiments regarding speedy. It also makes him more viable for ranged weapons. I feel if you felt a lot better you would have been speeding across the map. Lol rest up reto!

Having a setting you could toggle where the camera would zoom out to fill the map would be awesome for these types of runs

Speed should go up with Statpoints as like it is now, but it should increase in % like Armor. So if you go up in Points of Speed, the % in Increase will get less. So you still have the stats for the items, but dont run across the map like the Flash
It would be nice if there was an option to zoom out for these runs so the map didn't have to move at all

I tried lancer run and was getting mostly tagged for explosives, even though I didn't take anything pertaining to that. Noticed that was showing up for you as well. Bug perhaps? Keep up the great content!
I've been trying this with all the speed possible but always end up dying in a traffic accident
I think luck got fixed! I've been seeing a huge diff on having negative and positive luck now.
If you run into the wall does it count as running or standing still?
It looks like you can get negative atk speed so you can zoom and sweep at them because of negative speed means the lance having to take longer to come back
The map size should increase as your speed increases.
add power generator to speedy and also give a damaged modification penalty

13:30 Using a controller with this speed build felt OK when I did it.
On a x2 weapon I think Insanity is an 8% overall damage increase.
Normally I watch at 2.5x speed, but it was making me sick and I was wondering why, and so I checked your speed and you were already going about 2.25x how fast you normally go (assuming +5-8% as the norm).

I’d assume Shuriken does spawn bullets from the weird lip guys.
It scales with melee damage, but the weapon is a ranged weapon. I think it’s just weird to think about because how can a ranged weapon scale with MELEE damage? But it just do.
