I just bought and installed the Definitive Editon and i dont see Shin Hasako Kilgore and Eagle... how do i get them? i read they are free with Definitive Edition

Hey, I bought the Definitive Edition used, supposedly it includes all 26 characters, but it only gives me one character to play either.. Wth?!

you have to download and install the packages
