Volvo V50 2.0 Petrol Automatic transmission fluid and filter change

In this video I have This Volvo V50 2012 and I will be changing the transmission fluid and filter as routine maintenance, since this cars do have a filter and they do suffer with problems if not maintained regularly.
The kit I used is supplied by Febi Bilstain.

Hi I can’t really say but the approach should be similar, the best thing to do would to see if the drain plugs are in the same place as well as the filter, then you’ll see if it has the same or similar transmission.

Brilliant I just bought a v50 2.0 diesel with auto box gone for 800 2012 iam hoping an oil flush will solve the problem 250km on it

Hmmmmm with that kind of kilometers it done very well for sure, but if transmission is slipping then a replacement might be on the cards am afreid.

This was a kit from Febi Nr 39070 if you type that on google the kit will come up. The kit comes with some 5 liters of oil I think and a filter as far as i remember.
