    If you wanted a lot of folds rather than it being relatively smooth, how would you have to just the pattern to do that?

      @@MHTutorials3D l a karate outfit. I'm looking all over for a wrap over top like a bathrobe or karate top where by one side over laps the other with a belt around the body. Could you do a tut on that please. Thanks.

    Hi Mike, great tutorial. Can you please show how you would export this to Daz Studio, and rig it so that it does not stretch, when legs or arms are moved in Daz Studio?

    How many of you like to have critic video we can submit our work and Mike will critic and give us corrections. I think it will help us grow our skills set by looking at our mistakes.

    Thankyou for the tutorial. Is there a way to export clothing as quads, for animation in maya. If not which, in your opinion would be the best way to deal with this. A tutorial would be great, there are a few on TH-cam but they tend to waffle on, ....your tutorials are really much better....clear, straight forward and easy to follow. Thanks again

      Select your garment -> Edit -> Context Menu -> 3D Garment -> Quadrangulate
      You probably know this by now but may be useful for others

    I've designed the similar garment for an A -posed character...but what if I want to reuse the garment for a T-posed character, then how do I reposition the garment as well?

    • @MHTutorials3D
      @MHTutorials3D  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Static or animated ?

    • @thegreatSalu
      @thegreatSalu 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Static..but then I plan to animate my character..

    • @MHTutorials3D
      @MHTutorials3D  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      So then it is not static. You need to export the garment from MD as an animated cache

    • @thegreatSalu
      @thegreatSalu 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, plans usually change..what if I want to make it for a static character?

    • @thegreatSalu
      @thegreatSalu 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      For the animated part, I plan to bring the garment into Zbrush first then on to Maya
