As a pre-med while working as a surgical tech myself, learning to be financially literate and smart with your income by having a diverse investment portfolio (real estate/ property investing; stocks; IRA/Roth IRA; etc) is so crucial and important if you want to have your money work for you and not work for your money. Which is why I believe everyone - especially those pursing the health care field - should be more informed about financial literacy and investments and I look forward to your future videos regarding these topics!
Haha naa. I’ll always practice medicine, but I enjoy a lot outside of medicine as well! There’s only so much you can talk about standardized tests and studying…when you don’t have to do any of that anymore 🤣
Starting med school this year and your videos inspired me during my application process and will inspire me while in med school and beyond. Thanks for everything Dr. Cellini! Looking forward to the new content!
Sounds cool as someone who is applying to school but is also interested in real estate, those types of videos sound interesting! And Seeing more travel blogs would be awesome! Happy new year Doctor C, here’s to a great 2022 for all!
Thanks for taking us along and the enthusiasm comes through when it's a topic you're interested in. Love the new ideas and direction of the channel, not a lot of docs are doing that. Honestly do whatever you're interested in, we viewers like you as a person and doctor and we'll stick around. The med school and premed videos you did are all on the channel, they helped me a ton and there's some amazing advice in there that doesn't change with the times.
definitely sticking around for the finance videos doc! As you've grown, your subs have too.. a lot of us have also hopefully moved past the pre-med stage as well and are probably now looking forward to more residency videos and life after residency videos. that's the best part of growth! looking forward to it

Happy to hear you're making videos about things you enjoy! As a 3rd year med student applying radiology next year, I'm looking forward to your future videos.
Happy New Year Dr. Cellini! Looking forward to the content that you’ll be putting out this year! I’m interested in learning more about all of these different topics, especially the videos on investing and financial literacy.
Please do videos on like the most common procedures you do, the most unique procedures or situations you’ve been in as an I.R., and some of the coolest tech you get to use (like maybe just 1 tool and be specific about what it does and how you get to use it or a variety of tools)
As someone who graduated this year pre-med but presently works at a hedge fund, I love this mélange. Financial literacy is a topic all but abandoned in medical education, even though this field costs among the most to enter and (at least typically) is among the highest paying after all that training. So many doctors don't know what to do with their money, so I think shifting the channel in this direction is wonderful. One thing I'd love to see is a sort of "anatomy" of house flipping--now that you have at least that one under your belt, I'd love to know how it went--from finding the property to making the offer, financing and contracting, design choices, and finally putting it on the market. There's certainly other house flippers on TH-cam, but I think you're the only house-flipping doctor who does this as a side hustle on here, so I think your perspective would be both unique and welcome. Thanks for the content.
Happy new year Dr. Cellini, yes I'm ok with your new ideas. I want to learn about passive income and real estate. I'm looking forward to you teaching us about this.
I enjoy following people who grow their channels as they make growth in their personal lives. It seems authentic and not forced. I'm starting my journey into medicine in hopes of doing diagnostic radiology, and it's good to see what life could be like at the end of the tunnel and it doesn't all have to be about school/the grind.
Ur right. I’m here for the change bc that’s part of why I subscribed. The videos are really motivating for me to progress so I’m anxious for this future content.
Love it! I think you have to stay true to yourself and your content will be better for it 👏 As someone just getting started with med school and TH-cam myself, this also provides great insight into the evolution of the journey. Thanks for sharing Dr. Cellini!
I like where you are doing with your channel! As a surgeon, TH-camr, inventor and investor myself, I agree that financial literacy is an enormous area of need for young medical professionals!
Change is good! I am looking forward to watching more of your videos and making more videos on my channel. I love finances too, who wouldn't want to learn how to make money with their money. Stay safe!
Do whatever you are most passionate about Dr. Cellini! I love seeing videos of you in the hospital and as well as your travel vlogs, however, your personality is what keeps me coming back👍
Stoked for the financial literacy in medicine! I’m applying to EM residency this year and it amazes me how we haven’t been taught anything on this topic. Looking forward to it.
Hi Dr. Cellini, I'm totally psyched seeing this video. I love how you're covering finances and the real estate market. I feel like most doctor influencers and the community IRL in general don't stress the importance of FINANCIAL LITERACY, under the sentiment of "Don't go into medicine for money" even though it doesn't have to be mutually exclusive with the former. Love that you're stepping up to the plate to fill in these gaps for us current/incoming medical students, I hope other influencers follow suit and that our community can learn from this. Really excited.
Love the idea of doing what YOU want. Not only is it totally relevant, it’s big brain, and it’s a good way of introducing new content that will greatly benefit those that watch. You’re very knowledgeable and it’s a blessing to have someone that is willing to share their knowledge willingly and in such a fashion that you do. Loving the content and the vibes kicking off the year 2022!
I'm shadowing you for the duration of the pandemic. Also not in med school, in regular school, and I'm taking an herbalist certificate course from Centre Of Excellence. I also study Interpersonal Communication and Ultrasound massage tool.
Gently tap instead of smash the like and subscribe buttons is part of the change hahaha I love it! Totally makes sense that your channel will grow and evolve as your interests change. I'm here for it!
Sounds soo cool, I was just talking to a friend today about me wanting to get my real estate license. I'm a junior in undergrad still preparing for med school but I've always been interested in other things other than becoming a doctor. I plan on owning my own business in the future so I'm majoring in business and also like how the whole real estate works so I'm planning on getting my license.
Hello Doc, I'm an MS1 and super into DR. I've been trying to find other physican investors for their input and I am very looking forward for your thoughts and the entertainment!!!!!
Love the proposed new content ! I think its a great idea, and is still something that would be really interesting to watch. And all of us Pre-med/Med students will continue to watch because we'll be there with you hopefully in the years to come ! All the best for this year :D
I’m looking forward to the medicine stuff and travel! Actually if you do financial literacy and passive income options that could be interesting. I think many people hear finance and get scared, but if someone can explain the basics it would be super helpful!
As an M1 I’m super busy with studying, so it’s nice to see how you keep a balanced life outside of medicine with your other interests. Can’t wait for the new content.
I don't know if you have talked about this on your channel already, but could you talk about the debt accrued as a healthcare provider? I'm an aspiring PA here (love you and Andriana's videos) and the thought of having such a large debt is daunting. I think it's one thing that doesn't get discussed much when pursuing a career in healthcare, is the reality of being thousands of dollars in debt. Maybe having you and Andriana talk about this would be great!
Happy New Year!! I am glad to know that you are bringing in new stuff. As a new subscriber to your channel, if I ever wish to know about med school and study tips, I can always look at your previous videos! Anywho, thank you for videos and glad to know of your interest in real estate. My sister is interested in that and I can definitely point her to your channel!
I love the changes and direction you are taking your channel. I think it would fantastic to learn about passive income and other ways you have been able to invest your money because it’s difficult to think of ways to do this while still managing a full time career/family life
Love this idea! I'd love to see more of the IR procedures. I can't find any IR docs in my area to shadow so I feel like that would be the next best thing!
As someone aspiring to be in the medical field in the future I am looking forward to this content. True followers support evolving content and creators🙂
Sounds good. I know interventional is your passion and it’s useful for me to learn about (esp US guided). I’m hoping you’ll continue with videos on diagnostics- reviewing studies. I’m a tech and any insight you can throw a tech on how you read (assess patho) is incredibly useful. Thanks !
I would love some cool radiology case videos! As a premed starting med school in the fall, you have made me want to pursue radiology and I would love to see more studies and scans that you find interesting!
Happy New Year to both of u ! 🥂🍸🍾🍷. I pre geused what your new videos would be on and only missed one ! Although I keep missing your live streams, I watch them as soon as they show in my feed. I think your new way will be so awesome! My qeustion is why are u calling yourself a attendee when your done with your fellowship? That confuses me. Idk why. But kudos 👏to you! Love your videos! Thank you
I would love to see more concrete videos on the place of the diagnostic radiologist and the interventional radiologist in the hospital and in the multi-disciplinary care, it would be very interesting. Because often we have the impression that the radiologist is all alone without interaction with the other services. happy new year 🌈
Would love to hear more about real estate, even tips to save money, investments. I’m about $30k away from paying off my pa school loans. I’ve already paid off 145k it feels like it took forever but I’m ready to invest and make more money on the side.
I‘m currently studying Bioinformatics which is a lot harder than I expected it to be 😅 watching your Chanel and seeing how far you have made it always motivates me to keep going. Really looking forward to every video you make and excited to see the future of the Chanel
I agree on the not forcing yourself to talk about stuff you're not interested in. Forcing yourself to make videos on topics you don't care about not only sucks the fun out of it for you but can really come across to the viewers too. Those videos end up being super scripted and not in a good way.
Yay! I’m excited to hear about passive income, travel, stocks, and still healthcare topics. Those are the videos I watch!!!! Can you share again how you fit all this into your schedule? Thanks!
@@DrCellini I’m a medical auditor and I read a great amount of medical charts a day. By the end of my workday I’m mentally exhausted to begin my youtube and side biz hustle.

I think this is a welcome change. I always cringe a little bit when physicians and self-touting folks that have "made it" go out and try to tell people what they should do, especially when much of their advice is severely outdated. Many of the programs and strategies don't apply anymore and the climate around admissions to medical school and residency has changed so much, even just in the past few years. I say keep doing what you love doing and making videos on whatever you want to show us and we'll be happy just watching where your journey takes you.
