However, going through the setup process Google give you the option to restore everything from the cloud backup, which I what I did, this reinstall all the apps that were installed, the data for them, and all the items on the device, I.e pictures and music.. When this feature is enabled, such as it is in my One M8, I have a full 64 gigs of memory with the addition of a 32 gig card. That is not just 32 more gigs to store music and photos on, but 32 more gigs of full system memory.
the app drawer can be toggle to switch to the "standard" Google experience by long holding the home screen and switching the layout from the settings menu.

One warning about SD card integration. File explorer applications and even TWRP have not caught up to it, so you might have trouble finding content on the memory with these applications when this option is enabled. File explorer applications and the file explorer in TWRP need to be updated to work with in.
Love CyanogenMod, gave my Y300 a much needed update (Kitkat 4.4.4) for a phone thats otherwise still pretty nice to use. Really tempted to try CM13 as my battery really doesn't last very long vs. stock 4.1.1.
CM13 looks pretty much like CM12.1. Maybe its just me, but I'm using 12.1 for months and the most of the stuff that was shown in the video exists in 12.1 as well. I can live with all the "new stuff".

Flash TWRP using fastboot? I have stock Sony 4.3 ROM. Could you confirm that it won't brick my phone? P.S. Have you used TWRP official app to do this?

If you want to install CM 13 actually "On any Android" search in Google something like "cm 13 hammerhead" or "Cyanogenmod 13 hammerhead" without the quotes and changing hammerhead to your Android device codename. If you do not find it, you have to build it.

After I flash CM13 for my S3, there is no SuperUser!!!

You must enable it in settings. Cm handles root permissions without supersu
try going into developer tools and find the root on/off control
