Well, if you are trying to capture a military area such as an Outpost, Resource Base, Factory, Seaport, Military Base, or Airbase, you need to clear most of the enemies defending the base, and the. Go to the flagpole inside the base, and there should be an option to capture it. However if you are trying to get towns on your side, it’s a different story. You need to earn the towns trust and support. And you can do that by doing supply missions for it, or winning battles and other skirmishes against the enemy forces close to the town.

I would personally recommend Antistasi plus as that’s the one I always use but that’s just my opinion
