This is a nice content man, as a LEC enjoyer and fan i am familiar with EU players (and NA to degree) but i have very little knowledge of LPL players, stuff like this makes me understand more the region and pick a player to watch there. (i am usually a fan of a player rather than a team)
BLG bot lane living up to the hype they had before MSI and TES bot maintaining the hype they have had from the years play, also Inspired form and comparing internationally to other jg
@@DW_25 TES 2020 was so insane Making plays literally everywhere and all at the same time. So they now being able to play good macro especially with meiko, tian and while being called out for choking that often. I rly hope and believe that TES wins worlds. Jiayou TES!
Breathe was once the other guy xiaohu decided to swap back to midlane. I remember that he said smth like: If we get Bin or Breathe i go mid again. And Bin definitely was pretty successful then, wining MSI. So to me Breathe is as good (or atleast capable of being as good)as Bin
Breath is a solid toplaner but Bin is the best in the world right now. I was so upset when BLG took back Bin after the MSI 2022, the roster of RNG was definilty a world title contender
Wei started in 2020 LPL Spring with EStar, which was basically 4 rookies and ShiauC from LMS, Wink was in RNG in 2019, but only as sub and if I'm not wrong, only subbed in once when Uzi needed a break because of his health. EStar made Playoffs in that split. Cryin went to RNG as sub in Summer, so that changed things and EStar couldn't make Playoffs again. Wei and Cryin then went to 2021 MSI and they were the best in their respective roles, over Canyon and ShowMaker that get praised so much yet people ignore this, because of the LCK bias.
I have the exact same feeling for some reason I feel like LNG might win it all 😅 i feel like they are either gonna be so bad barely making quarters then getting stomped in quarters or they will be really fkn good and go really far and maybe win it all
Imo knight is still in the top 3 best Players in the world rn (maybe bin 2nd but its changeable imo) My problem with him is not exactly how he looks, imo chovy was just completely out of the worlds especially in spring chovy was solo carrying 90% of the playoffs for GenG If I had to give ratings to players pre msi Chovy had 100/100 Knight had 90 And everybody else started at 85 and below (funnily enough I thought pre msi faker was the third best player Idk what happened to him) Imo you could also see the difference in Knight vs Chovy how "out of form" Knight looked against chovy, very uncharacteristically "inactive" If it makes sense how I describe it And I dont think it was knight playing bad, he just got completely outclassed So yeah that may be the reason for Knight's bad reputation and his choking allegations (also the tes situation but we dont talk about that)
Good video appreciate it but yes Knight really could do more in that series vs T1, he wasnt really any good there.. his Taliyah and Orianna was not really fine and his Akali was just dedicated most of the time to farming the sides, while his team was always left alone to fight.
@@AlexNymaeraHapgood yes i been watching your videos i honestly like your analysis subed, saw your worlds finals video, gonna watch the JDG now, and i didnt say he is bad, just said for the fame and how many people think of him i think he should do something more i guess.
@@AlexNymaeraHapgood like for example Zeka in 2022 kind of things, or the same Faker plays when your team needs you the most in the asme JDG games, he and Chovy while are so good they dont have that clutch factor when the teams need them the most is what i fear.
I think Knight is #2 headed into worlds and Chovy’s #1, Syndra being mega strong on worlds patch could be what wins BLG worlds since Knight is the best player of that champion ever
No matter how good knight is in LPL, he always disappear in the World stage. So I don't see any problem calling him “solid”, when the topic is World teams breakdown
I did a review of the T1 v JDG series last worlds and came to a drastically different conclusion! I think the Knight at Worlds narrative has gone way too far.
We saw knight begging his coach on his knees at MSI to ban 5 mid champs just for Chovy to gap him on Yone. I don't care what knight does in LPL. LCK midlaners were always the benchmark and I don't see him winning against Zeka or Chovy or being in the same tier. I see him beating Showmaker and Faker but only because they are slumping this split. But we have to consider that Showmaker is a Syndra player too.
@@robertmusil1107 Is there a video of Knight begging on his knees lmao? MSI Knight was still the 2nd best mid laner at that tournament easily in Chovy's best meta. Worlds meta will be much better for Knight so I wouldn't write him off too much.
Knight is more than just a "solid player", he's straight up the second best player in the world after chovy. And by your logic, chovy has had poor international performances until this recent MSI, so let's just call chovy "solid" as well.
@@robertmusil1107he's literally beaten all those midlands you just mentioned except for showmaker? And that's because he hasn't played against him in their careers
the knight segment from caedral was pretty underwhelming, especially with geng losing to hle, knight is in the top 3 ranked players in the world at a minimum right now.
Knight is LPL midlaner. You know why LCK still exports midlaners to LPL? Because LCK midlaners are the benchmark. Knight can't gap Chovy or Zeka. We saw MSI this year. He barely gapped one of the worst versions of Faker ever. Knight is competing against worse mids and worse teams. He isn't even the best player in his team. It's Bin.
@@robertmusil1107 how can someone be so wrong, yagao alone destroyed both choky and faker at msi23, knight was the msi fmvp23 weird that award didn’t go to chovy this year

Makes sense. There are a lot of really good mids, so to swap back to get an average top is silly.

2x LPL & MSI winner too in that time, guy's had a hell of a career for one that's started fairly recently
