Mind you she is 5 close to 6 years old , has lived her whole life with me and hasnt had her mom live with us since my daughter was 8 months old . Everyday i have taking full care of my daughter with no physical or financial support from her mother at all while providing my baby with a wonderful stable life with a nice home to live in , a wonderful school to attend , gets everything she needs and wants including all the love in the world . Thanks to the help of my parents and my sister and even with all the paper work proving i have provided her a wonderful life it was just the middle of september that i got my custody papers after a year and a half in court and over 13 k in lawyer fees # GOD IS GREAT

Im a mediator, its not rare for men to get sole custody. Thats a misnomer. Its more realistic to say most men dont request sole custody because they assume they are going to lose. About the same percentage of men and women who request sole custody get it. But women are more likely to request it.

If me and my husband ever divorce I could never hate him more than I love my children. No matter what he may have done to me as long as he poses no threat to my children I will never stand in the way of him being involved with his kids. I can’t stand when women do things like this. You are emotionally damaging your children because of your personal feelings towards their father.

To all the men trying to get custody, it's not a problem as you think. I got full sole custody of my son when he was 13. Most men are scared of court and that's the leverage women use. Documentation is your best representation. Write down, photograph and keep records of all interactions with your children and your ex. Stay focused in court and don't get in a tit for tat match, that shows immaturity to the court. Be a MAN!! The court knows that women are emotionally unstable and fickle, if you go into court acting like a bitch, the judge will say the children might as well stay with the mother.
