It's dope to see how far he has come mentally and being able to look back on it and be real about what was happening and how it affected him is wonderful to see. Hope he knows discussing topics like this can really help people. 🤞🏻
This show is one of the rare times i liked a person for what they do and it didnt backfire on me cuz in reality, they were really goofy. Gil was one of my favorites growing up and its been dope watching gils arena. 🤷🏿♂️
POWERFUL and riveting. Gil’s a great storyteller and he will help a lot with his stories

Great to watch always imma bout to finish just had to say yooo Gil I need those pants lol can’t even see what they fully are but still
Good insight into you Gil. You've shielded yourself with laughter and your antics but this was the best I've seen of you being Real. The PHOENIX RISES.
This was touching to hear. I would like to hear more things like this. Only if you guys are comfortable to share things like this. I found this very inspirational.
Gas interview. Thx Gil. Definetly see you clearly.
Gilbert stopped during the shootaround when he was with the Wizards (in Orlando) to sign an autograph for me as a youth in about 2005. Thanks again man.
“I did a hundred things right and i make a mistake on one thing…and this is how you treat me”
Honesty fellas, ladies or whatever you are watching this…it’s true in life. You can spend years building up your reputation or who you are, all it takes is just a few seconds or a mistake for the world to forget all you have done.
It’s like having a glass cup you have been using for a while, it finally chipped and now you don’t view it the same.
If you made a mistake, pick yourself up and keep on walking. We’re all humans and it’s bound to happen just please keep on going🙏🏽
Damn bruh I low key almost cried listening to that you never hear that side of it man much respect to Agent 0 for sharing this man it takes a lot.
We true fans in the DMV will NEVER forget hibachi and the great memories Agent Zero gave us!
Thanks for sharing, gill. I couldn't n wouldn't wish that feeling on anybody. What doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.
I thank him for being so willing to be open & vulnerable
This was cool to hear. Great example of how just reaching out to someone can change their entire mental health for the better. WISHING ALL YOU FELLAS A HEALTHY MIND!
“Hey man, what’s up with the Shaq thing?” 5:43
