I've been a Christian for almost 70 years. Time can minimize the glory of the salvation experience. Thank you so very much for this awesome reminder of what my savior did for me. I was recently diagnosed with cancer; I don't know what the future holds for me, but I thank you from the bottom of of my heart for this remainder of what awaits me if I don't beat this disease. Once I told my mother that I love Elvis Presley's gospel music and she replied with "he died of a drug overdose and you should not be listening to his music" my mother did not like my reply, I replied with the following words... "inspite of his shortcomings, he brought thousands of people to the feet of Jesus, how many did you bring to Jesus?" That was the last time my mother (the wonderful person she is) said a anything about that.
Music is a medium that helps people find a direction to start following Christ regardless of what you believe in. Every body that is searching for Christ does so in his own way because Christ speaks to each one in a different way.

The sound of heaven
I was in the hospital for a month before our son was born 4 weeks early due to internal bleeding this past March. This song brought me so much comfort in those early morning hours and times I started getting fearful and anxious. Though my husband is Russian, I have only been able to wrap my tongue around a few words, but I learned the first verse and chorus to this beautiful song. It was balm to my soul when i needed it most, Thankyou for your work in the Lord!

This song - and these two masterful artists - are so anointed so heavily by the Spirit of Almighty God that it's beyond expression. Talk about a BEAUTIFUL rendition of this song and, by far, the most beautiful rendition I've heard in my entire life as a recording artist and performer. Nothing short of FABULOUS in every sense of the word!
I work at a secular facility for the disabled with behaviour problems and we are NOT allowed to play Christian music! But I play this "epic Russian music". I know its Christ centered! But it being in Russian they don't understand and don't know its "religious"
The disabled people love it, your rich deep harmonious voice really calms the most behaviorally challenged souls, one man who really suffers alot from outbursts. When I play this piece he calms down really quick! Thank the Lord in you for such HOLY SPIRIT filled calming praise with such a rich masculine harmony. The behaviorally challenged men really respond positively well When they hear your rich deep godly voice! I believe the SPIRIT speaks to them when they hear you sing! They also absolutely love your great commission song I think its the contrast of incredible female voices alternating with the male voices. They may not know how to communicate or talk but They love your songs I love you so much. JESUS Christ is our brother! Saviour, KING and friend.

I love many new ones too & if you want to know that there are many quality newer ones ( besides Simon's own ! ♥️♥️ ) I recommend the group "CityAlight" . I don't know if any of them are original to them, but they have a good collection of them . More contemporary sounding songs, but classic sounding as well. I LOVE " Yet not I, but Christ in me" & " Christ is mine forevermore" - many of the lines in it are special to me per the very dark times I had in my family for most of my life, in spite of ao much prayer and related things combining to make it confusing & dark.
