Thanks for posting this! My doc just started me on metformin today. Like you, ive done the natural stuff, got no results, but sideffects, which were unmonitored cause my doctor did not know/was not aware of my supplementation. Honestly, im also wxcited about the Metformin and just want to see if it will "move the needle" at all with my pcos weight gain and symptoms.
@@whenhelfrozeover thank you for watching! I hope it works out for you! I’ve now been on Metformin for 3 months and have had no luck with weight loss (I’ve actually gained 🥲🥲). I go see my OBGYN next month to redo bloodwork so maybe it’s helped in other places for me? Idk. But it’s so defeating. Keep me updated on your journey! 🫶🫶
@AmandaPamblanco oh, jeez. That's very interesting. Keep us posted on your journey! Also, side note: my OB chased me out essentially when she saw that my TSH (thyroid hormone) was elevated and told me to see an Endocrinologist. At least for me, my Endo has been working with me A LOT to try and pinpoint my issues with weight loss. So not sure if you want to go that route.
@@whenhelfrozeover I feel like that will be my next route if my OBGYN can’t do anything else for me. It’s so hard to find a good one where I live so I might go back to the Telehealth company I was seeing. I’ll post an updated video here soon!
