హర హర మహాదేవ.నాటకం అద్భుతంగా ఉంది. నటీనటులు చాలా చక్కగా పాత్రలకు తగిన న్యాయం చేకూర్చారు. అర్చకులకు ఆంక్షలు విధించి, వారి జీవితాన్ని శాసిస్తున్న అధికారుల దుర్మార్గం కళ్ళకు కట్టినట్లు చూపించారు. ఆ పిరియడ్ గోల్డెన్ పిరియడ్. దూరదర్శన్,ఫోన్లలో పడి మన ఉనికినే మరచి పోతున్నాం. రేడియో ఆర్టిస్టులకు వంద వందనాలు.

P. S. Murthy mentions that Amar-tavati kathalu is one of the best volumes of short stories in Telugu.
D. Anjaneylu mentions that it is a notable work.
His short story "The Flood" has been translated into English.
Some of his stories were also televised by the movie maker Shyam Benegal as a series called Amravathi Ki Kathayen.
