At almost 2 years of recovery i lost track of what weight is my overshoot and all of that stuff, i still weight myself in doctor offices but i dont mind the number anymore. Hope this gives hope to someone obsessed w their weight, i was there at some point.

Its been more than half a year now without sports and before that I already tried a long time to recover while doing sports...which didn't work...
