    At almost 2 years of recovery i lost track of what weight is my overshoot and all of that stuff, i still weight myself in doctor offices but i dont mind the number anymore. Hope this gives hope to someone obsessed w their weight, i was there at some point.

    Thank you so much for this video! I know I should focus on other things, but I even stopped doing my hobby and I really would love to finally play tennis again. Its been more than half a year now without sports and before that I already tried a long time to recover while doing sports...which didn't work...

      @@chilltalkswellbeing 🙉 No, I am very passionate about tennis!!! Do you think it is not possible to stay recovered while doing sports once I have reached recovery?
