When I was a boy I would spend 3-4 months out of the year at my grandparents orchard in Maryland. We grew apples, cherries, peaches, and kept bees although we would sell anything you can think of after we would trade produce with the amish at the market. Fun times. Groundhogs are a horrible pest though and they are avid climbers and peach trees have notoriosly weak branches and they would often brake huge braches that had taken years to grow. That's an enormous chunk of many so I trapped and killed hundreds of them, it's just one of the jobs. But they would have the most intesnse looking seisure you've ever seen for at least 5 minutes and after that they would still be jerking around and rolling over and stuff for another 15-20 mins. I think they move more than chickens.

When I was a boy I would spend 3-4 months out of the year at my grandparents orchard in Maryland. We grew apples, cherries, peaches, and kept bees although we would sell anything you can think of after we would trade produce with the amish at the market. Fun times. Groundhogs are a horrible pest though and they are avid climbers and peach trees have notoriosly weak branches and they would often brake huge braches that had taken years to grow. That's an enormous chunk of many so I trapped and killed hundreds of them, it's just one of the jobs. But they would have the most intesnse looking seisure you've ever seen for at least 5 minutes and after that they would still be jerking around and rolling over and stuff for another 15-20 mins. I think they move more than chickens.
