Instead we should ask for 60days notice period. Because we lack work life balance and other aspects which may take a toll on us personal level. My suggestions - 1 Communicate clearly to new company that you give them confidence that you gonna join their company after 60/90days servicing notice. -2 Read the current company offer letter and check for buy-out option and talk with your Manager and HR. - 3 Before you planning for other companies, talk to your manager and HR regard your aspirations. There could be chance of giving you promotions and good rating based on your performance. I am planning for a change in coming 2 quarter, let see!! I will post in case I got any other points. Thanks!

Most of them think TCS has a work life balance, but there are some projects where they will think for budget and reduce re source and dl , pl will have profit percentage so they keep more pressure on low level grade employees.
