Those men make women working in their offices feel worthless though we don’t take coffee and cigarette breaks and try to finish work and go home. Whatever changes this generation bringing is good for both company and their personal life.

Hi Anna, thank you for your guidance. Recently, i got offer for capgemini with 11.5 lpa and later joined capgemini. But after 1 month i got offer for Accenture with 14.7 lpa. So im in cunfussion whether to join Accenture or not. If i join Accenture, does it effect my career as i will be having only 2 months experience at capgemini ?
I request you to check the base pay in both companies. Accenture's CTC usually involves high bonus and variable pay, please consider the change in base pay before taking any decision. If not much change stay in Capgemini otherwise switch to Accenture as you are still in your probation.
In my experience Accenture is better than Capgemini in work culture and process wise. Capgemini is having Bossism and very less us projects. Mostly European culture and no work life balance. It's people oriented company. You may check Glass door review and decide.

Work culture point of view, I can not comment. Because both organizations are in consulting and outsourcing. So, its very hard to compare. Most of the times, project to project and client to client, there could be some processes differences. None of the companies are not good for long term stay. So, your decision can be changed after 2yrs. 😀

No matter on CMM level 5 company or not. But finally Employees are struggling for work life balance. The incident in Pune company (Employee suicide due to more pressure on work by manager) is showing the truth side ofcourse no one considering. In my view this culture was developed when Agile process started which only benifits to clients. But employee have to do work day and night when ever client come up with new approach or changing requirement. Here one funny point is, in Agile methodology, client don't know his/her 90% requirement. But Employee have to work with out knowing and on assumptions. This is not predictive requirement and it's adaptive (only employee have to adapt not by client as he don't know) process in Agile. I hope one fine morning they will change the mind set and complete by EOD. In these process why not leading the pressure on Employee? Where is work life balance and your personal life. Hope you understood. 😉

Bangalore traffic is not good and it kills your time. Regarding meetings after working hours, its complete failure of your manager and organization. In my opinion, your manager do not have management skills. If possible, try to move out of the project or organization.
Lol, work life balance is necessary to remain human than a machine. It has nothing to do with lazy or mediocre. People like you give hard time to employees with them and under them. Even machines would be worn out if worked continuously. Humans need rest in order to be more productive, also the companies won't think twice to remove you from job without any reason. So don't be a corporate slave ,your mindset won't help you but would destroy lives of other people working with you
