I tried the same trick..but they are not giving buyout option and not releasing me early even.they are telling I need to serve 90 days notice period at any cost 😭😭 even though I tried to convince them a lot...

Hi Bro, My present company manager agreed early release but hr not agree to relieving me .we have buyout option available but hr not agree .Hr bypass process and approve resignation directly with out discuss with me. I already given commitment to other company will be join with in two months. Please suggest me how I proceed further.

U can attend with any amount of gap, provided ur reason is genuine, and, u need to prepare strongly for the interview on whatever domain u worked previously.

The policy varies from company to company. Some companies hold the first month of notice period salary while others hold the last month of notice period salary and settle the same with the FFS(full and final settlement).
