I've found that the rampage sns with sharpness type 1, paralysis I and attack surge it's a great option. If you have handicraft in your skills, you can easily get white sharpness with great raw of 220 and an affinity that you can easily fix with a weakness exploit
To throw this out there: the Jaggi SnS is already a great raw/bludgeoner option but if you grab Silkbind boost earlier on the tree and then upgrade to Jaggi SnS it KEEPS the ramp-up! So you can boost that Shoryugeki by a good 100 or so damage, it ain’t bad!
Its pretty dang good, you can white sharpness with just 2 handicraft (magno gloves). I've test both jaggi and diablos both with rampage skill attack II and jaggi wins out by a decent margin if you can mantain the white sharpness. Maybe I arrive late, in any case there is not in the list the jaggi's dagger, the commander dagger. It is more powerful than the diablos with handicraft 3, few have discovered its sharpness beyond green.
love SnS in every Monster Hunter Game but have to say am dissapointed that the Point Guard into Perfect Rush Counter isnt as awesome as I tought it would be since you need guard + on SnS which is annoying. other then that all other changes are amazing on the weapon
Even in the demo when messing around with it I knew it was extremely limited unless such skills were used, and now with metsu shoryugeki it’s kinda more gimmicky considering you have that

People are really sleeping on the barioth sns. Blue sharpness and it has a ramp up skill to get it up to 41% base affinity, it has a level 2 slot and a level one as well
I've enjoyed using the pukei pukei weapon, venomedge over the rathian one simply due to the sharpness that is way more.
Well i guess for most weapons the nargacuga weapons will be top notch natural white, high affinity and decent raw makes it almost always a solid pick
Ngl I was quiet surprised and impressed, how good Rathians SnS is.
Its probably the most well-rounded sns. Abouve avg Raw, decent affinity, and poison damage make it super solid for lots of builds.
Rise UP SNS Gang :D
Amazing Areks. thank you for great videos... very helpful
Can you do more of these for diffrent weapons?
You gave me an idea for a great build
Picked up sns for the first time in rise, been playing since tri... Man I've been missing out on a fun weapon
I just got the Volvidon hammer and I like the high paralysis rate.
Aaye the top 5 videos are back🔥
Fun fact. You get white sharpness from shaucha's pureblade with one level of handicraft. So yeah... Another nod to bishaten's sns
The shaucha blade reminds me of the dawnbreaker short sword from skyrim
The artifact wich you can get in the mara quest
YOU DID MY BOYS THE JAGGI'S DIRTY! Do you have a commander dagger bludgeoner set coming out?
Bludgeoner? I use this blade with handicraft lv3, with fast sharpening. It throws literally stronger damage than the diablos! I recommend using the shield often to do damage and not to consume out the white sharpness.
The Bishaten SnS looks a lot like Yato (Corrin's sword from Fire Emblem Fates)
Oh, yeah; it does. If it had had four slots, then it would've been even more like the Yato.
Speaking of Fire Emblem, is it just me, or would Byleth's sword of the creator fit right in with Monster Hunter?
@@matthewmuir8884 it would be cool if they did a collab with Three Houses that gives you Byleth's armor and their sword. They did that in mhgen with Marth
@@jurassicjerry2280 True, but what would the sword of the creator fall under? Being a whip-sword, it would probably either have to be a longsword or its own category.
I'm curious as to why one of the parts is blurred on the spiked bat at 4:42. Why did you have to blur it?
Nice guy Arekks blurring out the monster parts, considering some people havent finished the game yet (me)
Honestly I'm kind of disappointed with status weapons having so low raw damage. Even rampage sns can get only 10 paralysis damage without possibility to boost it further.
Anyway I'm surprised you didn't mention Magnamalo's sns. Such a good weapon with a cool design.
Nargacuga should be the last boss, almost every best weapon comes from it
Ibushi SNS is a great weapon. Dragon damage plus tons of blue sharpness is sonething I run around with.
Best looking weapon in my opinion so far is the misutsune long blade
I've been playin with the Narga sns using a lot of shield strikes and that white sharpness is basically infinite.
Oh thank God. Really like these things
Magnamalo sinister shade keeper SNS is not bad. Good looking too
I have a question about the training area. When you go in there is a secret mural. It is up the 3rd water fall from the left. Is this a link to get something special? I have seen only one person post a video on this.
I'm using Rajang's Sword nd Sheild at the moment it is GOOOOOOOOD
For me its jaggi sns 220 attack massive green for bludgeoner builds and if your clever you could sneak in silk bind boost before making it a jaggi weapon
Why did you blur the item you need for the spiked bat?
Can you do bows?
I was wondering about the bishaten sns. Cuz i like it too, but idk if it's gonna be good enough later on so i made it to get the zinogre and not use the materials just in case. Glad to see that it's not a good enough option conaidering the narga n the diablos ones are better with narga having crits most of the time and diablos having raw damage.
It would be interesting to see the best Hunting Horn, because of the songs set
It's the rampage one.
I want that Ninja SnS back that had a bracelet as a shield
Maybe I arrive late, in any case there is not in the list the jaggi's dagger, the commander dagger. It is more powerful than the diablos with handicraft 3, few have discovered its sharpness beyond green.
love SnS in every Monster Hunter Game but have to say am dissapointed that the Point Guard into Perfect Rush Counter isnt as awesome as I tought it would be since you need guard + on SnS which is annoying. other then that all other changes are amazing on the weapon
Even in the demo when messing around with it I knew it was extremely limited unless such skills were used, and now with metsu shoryugeki it’s kinda more gimmicky considering you have that
I'm guessing you are purposely avoiding the Rampage weapons? Because I would think the Rampage SnS is a much better paralysis option than bnahabra at potentially 190 raw, 10 para, and white sharpness if you use handicraft 3.
Can you do charge blade next
@Arekkz can you possibly share your build used for the raw sns?
I will do soon! It's not quite finished yet, but it's close :D
@@ArekkzGaming sweet man, I went back to my sns roots and I know you love it so I was curious. I think I've completed my build for elemental so I was interested to see some raw.
already craft every sns at this point, seeing this video making me questions why the heck i even build any of the other 😂😂😂.
i have a question about sleep weapons. they don't seem useful at all. So the question is, "are sleep weapons just meant for a couple of monsters? or are they stronger than first glance would suggest?"
It seems they're more meant for very specific builds/playstyles with solo or a buddy, since anything higher then 2 their thresholds skyrocket too high for more then 1 sleep a quest against most monsters
Anyone have any thoughts on the best dual blades?
I wish the Ninja Blade was better. But I guess it had to have some type of weakness when it has a natural 100% crit rate.
Hi The craving for diablos and was blurred out and I didn't get y?
