I bought these and I’m doing track this season and I had no idea you could use them in in grass and mud and stuff but do you take the spikes out when you do what or what bc it just confuses me
im looking for replacement spikes for my dragonflys, except im not sure what size the actual spikes are. online it says 1/4" but I did research and that is also considered a sprinting spike/xc. if someone knows for sure please let me know.👍
I’m impressed the only thing that physically changed is the color 🤯

no usually when you go out on grass and mud you put in longer spikes in the shoe.
Have you got them as well in this colour for great deal 🤣
how do you use the dragonfly over 400 laps...
20 laps a xc race, plus practicing
I bought them but I did not look at what they are for and I bought them for 100meter is that fine?

I think 1/8 is pretty common for distance track spikes
These or on cloud for 1500m-3000m
These pretty easily wipe I would say
Not even the washer could save them 😭
rippp never getting this color again haha
Are they a neutral shoe/spike?
hi, should i buy dragonflys for 800m and 1500m events?
pls reply
Nike rates them for 1500+ so I’d say they’re better for 1600, 3200, 1500 and others but not for 800
