Personally, I would prefer normal dragonflies. Sure they have less durability but I have used normal dragonflies for 2 cross-country seasons and they work great.

Agreed that normal Dragonflys have worked really well so far but i believe the added traction and support of the Dragonfly XC will offer substantial benefits for uneven/messy terrain. When you're making hard turns or are in rough conditions, having a little extra bite and being securely locked in can be the difference of staying on your feet. For runners looking for top end XC performance, I'm pretty confident Dragonfly XC will have the advantage in most circumstances. -Connor

@@runningwarehouse I agree with you on how the xc is better for cross country courses but I also run track so that's why I have the normal ones. I also have a question. Will yall be restocking the Vaporfly next %3s ?

Personally, if it’s light gravel a spike would be okay for grip. You have a quarter inch of spike traction. I recommend
-runner xc/track/ road 15 years in
