I have a question please. In the 2nd step, or second way ( modification of primers). How these binding proteins can still normal after the 95C of the denaturation step , until arriving annealing step of 72C that will degrade it ?
Sir, after the binding proteins get denatured, the primers are free to form primer dimers , because unless the annealing temp comes they won't bind to the strands! Then how is it helping in preventing the primer diner formation! And moreover at 95 degree the binding proteins will denature, won't the primers denature too? Or are the thermostable like the polymerase? Sir please answer
thank You shomus, now i am fully satisfied about this topic after i read the same topic at 24hoursofbiology
Thank u sir , your lectures means to help me a lot during examination times 😊
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Your videos help me alot
You're welcome
thanks sir,you have explained very clearly
You're welcome
Your videos help me alot shomu da...thank u so much!

how can polymerase activate in lower temperature....and how can polymerase bind while our DNA strructure is still double stranded before 95 degree?

ALLAH bless you sir....❤❤
Please upload BIODIVERSITY AND IT'S CONSERVATION for AIPMT .
Thank you sir.... Keep it up
Born to explain
Where are the rest of videos of pcr ?
Can you show them as it appear as private videos?
Thanku so much
