1:35:39 I am 25 year old female recently diagnosed with ADHD. Being hyperactive is not the only presentation of ADHD. They are other presentations such as inactive and combined types. Its really hard to get quality treatment for ADHD in india. Disappointed to see the psychiatrist speaking about only the stereotypical hyperactive presentation. Would like to see better discussions on neurodiversity on a popular Indian youtube channel like yours😊

    Things covered in first half
    1) Parents and children should at least have one meal together.
    2) Parents should be 6-8 levels strict on a scale of 1-10.
    3) LGBTQ+ is based on genetics and not based on parenting or exposure to LGBTQ+.
    4) A parent should have eye contact while giving food to the toddler to improve the bonding.
    5) Bullying is higher in US schools. Kids usually don't let parents know about bullying. Instead avoid going to schools by saying they are suffering from stomach aches.
    6) Do not compare your kids with other kids. This will cause an inferiority complex which will get carried to their adulthood.
    7) Usually mother and daughters bond well. But age 12-17 is when they fight with each other because mothers control their daughters. But this is the age teens grow their individuality. Better to allow them to grow.
    8) Sometimes even poor mental health can cause stomach aches though they are physically fit. Mental health conditions like depression or anxiety.

It's important to present these discussions in a way that resonates with the audience, ensuring that the advice is both relatable and actionable. This approach can foster a sense of connection and trust, encouraging people to open up about their own experiences and seek the guidance they need. 😊

Arranged marriage has less divorce rates only because the family is involved and the social pressure and the kids.

    Excellent episode .
We are learning about the spectrum in sexuality now more than before like autism is a spectrum . So far ONLY heterosexuality sexuality was considered the ONLY sexuality.
The sexuality spectrum has been there for thousands of years.
When your behaviour affects others or your job or your relationship negatively and you cannot function properly then it is clinical.
Those that arrange marry have fewer options to end it socially than those who love marry. The live married will seek help more than traditional arrange marry plus the traditional wife will suffer ,suffer, suffer and keep quiet. The man will have a double life. A love couple will have a spouse that speaks up .
I disagree argue in a way that they learn how to handle disagreements in an acceptable manner and learn how to resolve .
B12 deficiency leads to suicide ideation.
Guest refers to children as “he” . Maybe he or she is better in a culture where boys are priorise over girls.
Please bring Dr K on your show.

I understand that you are trying to make the point that being gay is not a choice and is dependent upon an interplay of genetic and environmental factors. The problem is that this rationale is just one step shy of isolating specific genes and aborting the fetus before birth. We have been doing such an unconscionable genocide with Down’s syndrome and we almost did it with Autism. My request is to consider queer and neurodivergent voices in such discussions. The choice of words makes a lot of difference to a young person who is trying to grapple with their sense of self.

As many viewers have requested itll be very helpful for indian audience esplly if a podcast can be done on adult neurodivergence and the subtle features esplly in women.
There's so less awareness abt these as ADHD is almost identified with physical hyperactivity.
And the Aspergers too... Is so less understood identified accepted.
Dr Pal pls consider Dr Sonal to do a podcast with you on the above

I saw a video of Dr. Gundry, calling it a super-fad instead of super-food which is mostly claimed by other doctors and people online.
Wanted to know your opinion as well that being in India is it good to eat and if yes how much (pls tell everything).

29:00 Dr Pal and Dr Sonal, my 18 yr old daughter is in love with my father, her grandpa. They both are consenting adults and are sure it's genetic and pure love. What is your opinion on their pure love affair being differnt than normal in the society's eyes? I know things like these are happening under the rug for centuries. Can we please talk about incest also?? How can I legally approve their relationship and add the "I" for incest in LGBTQAS+++??
