When i drove these things, it was the driver who had to make any announcements: i used to run through all the things passengers ( not 'customers' back then ) could not do, but i always threw in some light hearted banter in telling them " You ARE allowed to look out the windows, but there is a small extra charge for doing so " This usually 'broke the ice' and got a few laughs.

What coach has that narrator? The last time I was on a national express coach I didn’t hear that narrarator
Carlton / No videos They all do however it’s a CD the drivers have to start if they don’t press play you won’t hear it
Other times the driver will do the announcement via the mic which is why you have 'different voices' for the announcement
