I haven’t actually watched the show myself, I found an online copy of the manga (with some fun iffy translation) to avoid the majority of the gore, but I’ll watch it someday, probably when (if) it’s finished lol.

It’s good that production speed isn’t top priority, since it means that a) the animators will likely have more reasonable work hours and b) the quality will be amazing.
