    Hey there my handsome and pretty little cobras! I wanted to talk about how I healed my skin without medicine, by changing what I eat. Full disclaimer: You should still see a doctor, eating alone cannot fix underlying medical conditions. However! I wanted to share what I experienced, what I ate and what I stopped eating in order to achieve Korean glass skin. Comment down below if any of these resonate with you!

    I remember Dr berg with that video on Kimchi. Its hard for me to make even sauerkraut so ya gotta get from a store that has a great brand. So i have seen others try cabbage skin/bush as replacement for bread like sandwiches

    sugar & gluten are it for me. i monitor how frequently i consume those two & when i do let myself have more "freedom" on holidays/vacation it truly shows
