Do they give us time to get down and walk around or only see city from the bus only?

Yes, you can get down, explore place and then catch next bus….the bus runs every 20 mins…you can get down at any stop, roam for 20 mins or more, then catch next bus from same stop…that’s why it is called as Hop on and Hop Off bus…you can get on and off multiple times, can catch bus from same stop or any stop…hope this helps.

After reaching the last stop, say in downtown route, do we have to compulsorily get off? Or it again starts from the first stop?

Yes, you need to get off at last stop, because generally driver is changed and that bus departs after 20 to 30 mins. But at the same time next bus is ready, just get off from old bus and board new one which is standing just 2 mins walking distance from old one.
