The Vapor 13 Elite is very comfortable but the lockdown is absolutely terrible. My foot always slipped out of the boot hence why I had to ask for a refund and I will now try the Superfly 7 elite instead and hope that is provides a better lockdown

I think that the cut out in the heel is so that the soleplate pushes even further down into the pitch. its probably just 2 or 3 mm but its still more than nothing.
