Thanks for the informative video.
What's the voltage of your solar panel?
It's 18V
I've been waiting this kind of review, thanks for the information ☺️
@@sarjankeroro9784 Thanks for the comment. Glad you liked the video
I can't find information on Vanpa models.
There is the Vanpa fa-300 (blue and flat, like in the video), and there is the Vanpa fb-300 (orange and more square).
Does anyone know the differences?
Hi, thanks for your inquiry. To answer your question both models perform the same function, that is to give you portable power that can be replenished by means of a wall, car or solar charger. The main difference is the shape. One is slim and tall, the other is short and bulky. The other difference is the power range and battery capacity. Feedback from users of both types are good. Most prefer the looks of one over the other or the space requirements to store or transport the units. Decide on the power requirements and how long you need the battery to last, to see which model is best for your needs.
Do you do repair. My vanpa 300W cannot charge, because previously i use wrong ac adaptor
No, sorry. We are user just like you.
How long do you charge it from solar?
Hi Jessabel, sorry for the late reply. Charging from solar depends on a few factors, the wattage of your panel, the cloudiness of the sky, if the panels are shaded, and the balance of charge in your Vanpa. I charged my Vanpa in direct sunlight with 20% power remaining, starting at 9 am and it took me about 5 hours with today's conditions. It is very hot outside and I used my Dokio 100W foldable solar panel. Hope this helps.
Is it a pure sine wave discharge?
Not for the 300W and 600W models. But according to info, the 1,000W is pure sinewave
the fan full speed 160W ? i thought fan max speed usually less than 60W
This is an industrial fan. We like big fans with strong breeze.
My solar panel says it is max 18V. Is it the same as yours? I am wondering if I can directly connect to the Vanpa station without solar charge controller like what you showed. Thanks
Yes, the voltage is the same. And yes, you can connect your solar charging cable without a charge controller. If you want, you can get the connector like mine. Link in the description. I paid rm 5.00 for it.
If it can be directly connect with 18v solar panel, why did you still use connector(12.6v)?.. are there any disadvantages when using 18v directly to vanpa power station?
@@msbschannel7509 the power station has a built-in charge controller that allows direct connection to the solar. The added connecter just gives me added confidence as I am so used to having a charge controller in my other DIY solar systems.
Anyway, you still have to get a connector jack
@@4wdadventuremalaysia i have 40w 18v foldable solar panel with 1 dc output and 2 usb type A.. it have 1 dc cable to power station directly.. so, do i need to buy 12v connector to make it work?
Wow! Interesting . Do you charge it on solar panel ? Thank you
Yes, but these days not so much. A single charge lasts me about 3 days when off grid. My devices do not drain much power.
@@4wdadventuremalaysia wow! What do you think better to buy this power station or buy solar fan / solar complete set like same prize of the power station ? Thank you
@@user-uj8qu1gz1y well, you can do so much more with a power station. You can run you appliances or charge your devices when off grid, as well as have a backup power at home when a power outage happens. Convenient for running devices in a spot at home where you do not have a power plug.
@@4wdadventuremalaysia thank you so much
Is AC output of it nearly sin form
The 300W and 600W models are modified sinewave. The 1,000W model is pure sinewave, according to the sellers' specs.
probably way late; but you said you can't use it while charging as a pass-through; is that 100% correct; Does anyone?
It's not what I say but rather, it's what the manufacturer says. I do not want to contradict them and then have anyone follow and damage their equipment. If anyone wants to try it, then they can do it at their own risk. We did the review to let everyone know there was an item that was useful and within budget, that could perform the benefits we highlighted. You have to decide if it's something you want to have and how you want to use it. Hope this clears things. Cheers!
@@4wdadventuremalaysia Sorry; I just couldn't find the information from the manufacturer anywhere, and thought you might have read it somewhere that is all
No worries, I get you. It does not make sense that you can ot charge and use the power station at the same time when most of the other brands can do so.
When we were looking for a solar power station, we had 3 main points in mind. The unit had to be light and compact, the battery capacity had to be more than enough to last at least 3 days for our usage before a recharge, and it had to be affordable. As the Vanpa met with these requirements, we were willing to overlook that we couldn't charge and use it at the same time. We had about 80% charge remaining even after the 3rd day, so a recharge on a trip was not necessary.
How much decharge power drop after one year?
As you can see from my discharge test with the fan, there was hardly a noticeable drop in power.
Vanpa has physical shop ?
No, but you can buy through the link in the description
电池容量跟实际并不相符,
