Those $10 controllers have their place! I use them for pairing with a small 25-50W panels for maintaining spare lead acid/agm that aren’t hooked up! Got one on a 500Ah AGM bank that’s not currently in service ! Keeps them happy! We have to get you some lithiums.

I’ll be doing the chuck wagon build out here soon. I’ve got 2 pure sine wave inverters and you don’t need an inverter for 12 volts. Thanks for watching I would only use modified on heating elements myself.
Rather have a 35 or 40a breaker in the negative cable so you don't have spark by the battery when you connect the cable. So you connect the cable first and then flip the breaker on.
Yeah I use a resistor usually to charge the capacitors in the inverter but I wasn’t worried about hurting that old battery or old modified sign wave inverter. Thanks for watching.

I have never seen those battery connectors before. That would be a good buy for any mobile lead acid set up. I will have to try and find some.

Please get a pure sinewave, modified sine waves do not take long to burn out your appllances. Modified Sine Wave is only good for 12V appliances.
