This was pretty short but I feel like I did WAY better making this than I did making the first episode. Regardless, I hope you guys enjoy this one!

if the cold war never ended, wouldn't that mean the number of nukes in the usa and ussr would continue to rise? also, you mis-spelt episode in your title if you didn't notice that.

I never considered the exact production rate of the nukes but I’d assume so. Thanks for spotting that misspelling 😁

This series has potential, I feel.
However, where has the power from modern nuclear plants gone? if push comes to shove, the world can still rely on it. Modern nuclear technology is much safer than in the past. And there is enough uranium and thorium to keep going for centuries...
Hasn't France come to rely on nuclear power for 80% of its needs? If there is a nation that should not be too much concerned about the sharp increase of oil price, it is France...
Also, what happened to natural gas and coal?

as a nuclear energy supporter myself i definitely agree with what you are saying. the idea of the series is to do something completely unique and take the fallout universe and fill in the pre war gaps that they left out on. according to the fallout bible the european commonwealth was heavily reliant on natural gases, oil, and petroleum but mainly oil and petroleum which was supplied to them by the middle east.

@@maxdepasquale2351no no i am glad you spoke and im glad i got to provide context for you because i do agree that this would be pretty unrealistic but i guess thats what alternate future and history mapping is all about 😁

To be 100% honest, I lean towards those series that, somehow, make the Countries's personalities and the context "realistic". But that's just me :) Thanks for your quick messages.

@@maxdepasquale2351So, I’ve been looking into the Resource Wars a little bit more and it seems like since other fuels and natural resources were running dry, the supply of uranium was outdone by the massive demands, leading to huge prices. The Middle East still had oil and petroleum which Europe was also reliant on at the time but the supply of oil couldn’t meet the demands imposed by the European Commonwealth. I also remember that like last year, Germany shut down all of its nuclear power plants which could explain why France isn’t really using nuclear energy too.
