Only way to this in the world map version of WW2 is undeveloping the allies colonies (france with all colonies provinces being 0.02 development is equally as powerful as Germany, weaker if you buff Germany a bit), also nerf India and China for accuracy
In vanilla, world map, you can win ww2 as Poland by doing absolutely nothing, dont surrender to Germany and just wait France crushing Germany and they give back your land (do not expect annexing something two)
What I usually do is Blitz Benelux, Austria and Lithuania. Straight away after that I stack up as much troops as possible and invade France from two sides, Italy and Ardennes. That's all the magic.
Note: you didn't have to invade Austria, if you sent an ultimatum, then demanded all provinces, is you army is alot stronger then their army, they will give up and surrender to you.

Because Germany was super strong at that time I also got about 1mil coins as third reich. U need stabilize all ur provinces and the cities u caotured which will make ur economy growth more and do max economy growth technology so u can have more money. If u have over 20k+ economy growth u just have to take like a hundred turns to get almost a million coins so just keep clicking the end turn button so u will eventually get a lot of coins
i don't agree nor disagree. the game isn't the best, but it's made by a small group of devs, do you really want to pressure them to make the game "not cringe" if they probably have at least minimum or above knowledge on game developing? also, the community is slowly declining and the popularity of the game barely on the top 100
