Another thing that is worth noting btw is that a lot of the DLC Engraves work really well with this build, since they increase might but give you an avoid and dodge penalty, two things you dont need to worry about if you're always hitting things outside their range.

I might try this idea after I finish my work with Sniper Etie and change her into a Warrior after she maxes out (she's literally one of my best archers/units in the game). Also Or_ange, I admit I mainly subbed to your channel because I assume you're a Nasuverse/FE fan. And now you went up for me *more* by making the Toku fan in me happy with that Gaoranger opening bit!
I'll have to try her as a Warrior like this some time. In my current run, I've been doing a similar thing with her as a Sniper with Brute Force and a max crit-rate Killer Bow, and she reliably one-shots pretty much any enemy from a safe distance.

Ive been using this build on my boy Fogado (after trying and failing to make Cupido work), and its an absolute blast to just be able to safely poke 1-2 range enemies with a juiced up Silver or Radiant Bow. Next run, Im gonna go the same route with Anna and see how that goes.
No lie this is the exact build I used for Etie in my regular run of the game. I initially put Claude on Etie to have high range Dual Assist attacks, and she ended up doing crazy well, fulfilling a good balance of power and support that Alcryst and Fogado can't replicate easily because they aren't Backup classes.

Another bonus of making Etié a warrior is that you can actually see her abs during gameplay. Also the gaoranger intro was a pleasant surprise.
