You can make a really delicious pizza on a trip with this wood-fired oven. In addition to functioning as a pizza oven, this one also doubles as a stove for the lavvu.
Pizza Oven: Ooni Karu (wood-fired pizza oven)
Dough recipe for 2 pizzas:
Flour: 2 1/2 cups
Water: 1 cup + 2 tablespoons
Yeast (depending on the rising time): 1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
Olive oil: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Toppings:
Pizza sauce from Mutti
Mango slices
Nduja (soft sausage)
Red onion
Pizza seasoning
Cheddar/mozzarella cheese
Enjoy!

I’ve just had 3 days camping in Northumberland, I cheated though on a campsite ☺️ and used one of my “ cheapy “ tents so the Hilleberg still hasn’t had an outing ☹️

En pizzaovn er noe man trenger på tur😅 Har en tilsvarende som går på gass hjemme, og resultatet blir upåklagelig 👌 Det blir nok ikke siste gang vi tar med ovnen på tur.
