bmw turbo actuator movement video

i put this here because i had a hard time figuring out whether the actuator only moves when vehicle in motion, not the case it should move when ignition is on number 2 and when engine is revved hard stuck actuator will reduce power when engine hot but fine when started from cold! if yours in not moving then thats the prob (this is from 525d e60)

Do you know what serial numbers are i have same one same bracket but cannot take the numbers of the sticker which on side cos is no space
