We have a great group of business profesional talk shop here facebook.com/groups/outdoormoviebusiness Come Join us and learn more about outdoor movie business... and to answer your question...
We build inflatable projection screen and not a rental company.. but from time to time we do favors when asked. For large events we usually subrent the larger av gear we pair with our projection screens.
For smaller setups I do for fun, freinds, family and personal favors I use JVC LX-WX50, Hitachi CP-5505, Optoma X600, Optoma GT780 and a couple others more up to date that dont come to mind at this moment. for screens sizes ranging as small as 8ft up to 20/25ft projection surface mesured from left to right.
For a 20ft projection surface measured from left to right as in this video your commenting on. I recommend minimum 3500 lumen bright projector and optimally around 5500 lumen brightness plus or minus 500 lumen.
Stay away from brands your not familiar with often misadvertising their over rated brightnes for under $500 from famous marketplaces. Stick to brands like epson, benq, optoma, sony, hitachi, jvc, mitsubishi, NEC, cannon, christie, barco, boxlight and on the low end view sonic and acer.. I know im forgetting a few.

that noise seems loud, would that stay the whole movie time

Great question... and yes the blower seems loud at the moment in the ambiant silence of the day. It drowns out the moment people start to gather and the movie is played... please see this real world example here, note the faint hum of the blower until the sound is played. Then notice as I walk around the crowd to ensure an even spread of the sound th-cam.com/video/6bhAioMpvWU/w-d-xo.html To some that doesnt know better might think the blower noise is an issue, but it really isn't an issue. Thats why outdoor movies have become so popular by demand. .. contact me richg @ superiorinflatables.com for more detailed response.

I forgot to mention... please note that the speakers are in front of the movie screen... as a seperator between the movie screen blower and people watching. ... like a giant sound wall. ... totally eliminating the blower noise you noticed.

Yes but even they are using a portable generator which is a small inverter one which is not enough watts for a blower need a 3500 watt generator and a dual fuel inverter generator which you can run the generator with propane
