    i served 3 months notice period in IBM, that too almost 2.5 months of this on bench. IBM
    didnt gave me early exit even being on bench.

      @@abhinandanrocks Companies earn a lot and if they have higher expenses, in this case your salary, they save more income tax. I was in accounts in IBM so I know how they work. 😉

      @@abhinandanrocks Higher expenses put them in a lower income tax slab, it's not about you only, it's about payout to all employees as a whole.

    Sir I have question. In my organization 3 months notice period. But my manager put it as 2June 2022 my last working day. I sent resignation email on 2nd March 2022 . So as per 90 calendar day 31st May 2022 was my last working day.. Even if asked my manager he said 3 months notice period. Not 90 days? Who is correct in this regards

    Manohar sir, I have resigned from TCS in December 2022 but now they are giving me early release (not requested by me). So will they pay the compensation for rest of the months or not ? Please reply.

      as you are getting full salary then yes you have to complete working hours

    Hello sir, joined TCS 2 months ago, however, I received admission letter with scholarship from abroad. So, on education grounds, will I be relieved off my duties? Also, for buyout do we pay the whole salary or just the basic pay ?

      if you are really going for tcs you can go but dont stay for more than 1 or 2 year and learn dsa side by side you will get better growth all the best

    sir video was great and can you please let me know i am lateral hire in tcs they had 1 technical round and i got shortlisted in that then hr organize 1 meeting to take snapshots of pan card so its been 1 week i dint got any call from them can you plzz suggest why they r taking so much time to send me and offer letter !!

      These days almost all organization have scrapped the buy-out options as the attrition rate is at an all time high rate. They will force you to serve 90 days.

      Why we should not work, I believe we should leave the company in good terms who knows what might end up in future and need to return to the same company, remember we are not loosing anything the attitude that matters the most which helps you grow professionally as well as personally.

    in my case, I have served notice period till 63 days (official is 90 days).
    still manager is not ready to release
    new company wants me to start now. how can I pay money to current company and get released somehow?
    KT is completed. but manager has grudge of past 6 years with me. 🙇🏻

      Only 2 sick leave per month

      As I said only sick leave is allowed and u can use that only
      If u still want to take leave then ur notice period will extend with same no of days
