I have not lived in Richmond for many years. My Grandfather Capt Aubrey Galibraith was a Richmond City fire fighter. In the 1940's through 60's. To see all of you rush in to fire, take it down so fast is amazing. He helped to create the fire center in Seven Pines. He would be so proud to see this as I am. May God continue to bless all of you.

Fast arrival and great fire attack. Y'all really knocked it out quick. My guess is the point of origin is the front porch or dry mulch and quickly grew in size cooking the ceiling of the porch, front outer wall and began to burn and enter the dormer judging by what I see. I have no idea what would have ignited it and I could be entirely wrong. Main thing is everyone is ok, all firefighters went back to the station after the call, there wasn't much damage from what I can see and the house can probably be repaired. Keep up the great work y'all and God bless every one of you.
