You get the laser bar with Beast (that's gonna be expensive), plus all premium accessories and lifetime premium connectivity, a year of super charging (if you can't install homeshare). FS is wayyyy worth it, people just don't realize it yet.

FSD is not 12k. Unveil night reservation holders were locked in at 7k. If you didnt reserve FSD on unveil night, then you didnt even want FSD and now you're paying for something you didnt even want to get the truck early.

I think I used like 85 miles of supercharging last year. People charge at home. FS is only worth it if you want to pay the get it early tax. Trying to justify it financially is silly. Especially if considering tax credits on the AWD. its more like a 32.5k upcharge if you live in CO and lose all tax credits.

I live in Central Illinois, about a 3 hour drive from Chicago, in the Peoria and East Peoria area. Peoria is the 2nd largest city in Illinois, so it is a big city. And on the average day I usually do not even see a Tesla car. I might see a Tesla car 2 or 3 times a week, if that, and I have never seen a CyberTruck in this area one time.

The foundation series gives you the option to have laser etched badging around the cyber truck. Basically you get a few bells and whistles, and the ability to actually get the truck, where “non-foundation” cyber trucks are TBD timeline wise in terms of delivery, on top of the etched logos around the truck. So all and all, you paid 20k to have laser-etching around the truck. Elon Musk thanks you for allowing him to scam you.
When companies start production they want to get as many fully equipped vehicle out as possible. It's like Audi calls the first Q8 e-trons "Launch Edition" and they come fully loaded with some other special features. The cyber truck is definitely sick and would be a blessing to own but I’m still choosing my Sierra that was $40k cheaper over it any day of the week
