    Thanks Rich & Holli. Very good information on the grinds. I learned that I was mistaken on the grind on one of your blades. 😅. Oops. More practice in my future to correct that 😂

    How many times do you strop each side?

      That varies....you can start with several strokes on each side, but you strop until you get the desired effect. If you are seeing "white lines" in your carving then you have a burr and you have to strop the burr off. If a blade is not performing well after stropping, you may need to go to a stone or sandpaper. Hope this helps.
