Hi, Informative one! I have completed B tech (Biotechnology) having 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance please let me know how to get job in foreign countries.
Hello sir, I have Mpharm in pharmacy practice which i finished in india, now i am in USA i want to find the job in PV … can you tell me if i can get the job in PV with the Mpharm ?
Hi Sujata, medical professionals tend to receive fine opportunities for roles of Medical Reviewers and Safety Physicians. That said, they can pivot to other domains within Pharmacovigilance just as easily.
Hi Dr. Miruthula, I would refrain from endorsing any particular courses since I have not undertaken and evaluated any myself, however a straightforward google search should give you the relevant results easily. One specific advice would be to look into resources available with Uppsala Monitoring Center (UMC) as well as Pharmaceutical Information and Pharmacovigilance Association (PIPA) as these tend to be gold mines for free as well as paid education in PV.
Great tips. I took a certification class with medipharm solutions and paid $3000 then they asked me to sign a contract for marketing where they would take an additional 15% of my salary for one year to help me find a job. What a waste of time! I was so angry. Abhishek and his cohorts are frauds!
There are plenty of registered nurses operating in various domains of Pharmacovigilance as well as clinical research. A lot of these professionals shift to PV/clinical research when they no longer want to work in hospitals/healthcare settings. I think you can easily kick-start your career in both with a background in nursing.
@@Kishannandha thank you that was very informative. Do you have a website. I am looking to take a few certification courses in PV to learn more about it and boost my resume
